Easy website, easy phone contact when I had questions. Everything well-organized. Friendly staff. Have rented a car through this company several times and have always been very satisfied.

Good website. Booked with yourselves thrice. First and last (this time) were fantastic. The second time was with AVIS and I found them derogatory and incompetent. But that is their issue not yours. Won't book with them but Europcar was far more compotent.

Same old story being sold extra insurance but when you book it, you’re told that you don’t have to pay anything but when you get to the desk, you’ve been waiting over half an hour you just happy to do whatever it is that roasting they should stop trying to sell people insurance When you’ve already hired the car, it has insurance

If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
