I booked a car from

I booked a car from a location which didn’t exist, fault of your website, not eurocar. Confusion not helped by you not passing my phone number to Eurocar. Pick up was booked by your website at a random hotel, not mine, nor the site I was expecting to pick car up at. Eurocar rep was amazing though.

The instructions for pick up

The instructions for pick up should have said to call the staff for a pick up as it was a long walk in the heat and poorly sign posted. When we got there they said we should have called them for a lift!

Paphos is well known as the birthplace and centre of worship for the Greek Goddess of Love, Aphrodite. Its town centre is well-preserved because of the history and culture that is manifested in every building and street. It is a well known for its colourful past that it was listed as one of the world heritage sites by UNESCO. To get around the city and its surrounding villages, you might want to arrange for cheap car hire in Paphos. The town centre, however, will not require you to use a budget car rental because everything is located within a short walking distance from each other.

The town features a gorgeous harbour that invites leisurely strolls. But there are also a lot of interesting historic sites that you must visit while you're in town. The Tombs of the Kings, for instance is a popular attraction. The burial place dates back to the fourth century and is located underground. You might also want to explore the 3rd century villas owned by the noblemen in Paphos. They are some of the finest in Eastern Mediterranean art with mosaic floors that depict familiar scenes from Greek mythology.

The harbour town is not just a historical treasure, it is also another one of the best summer destinations in the country. You can find endless stretches of pristine beaches all over the area. The resorts also host regular live entertainment although you can also find quiet bars and restaurants all over the place.

Cyprus may be relatively small but it is still packed in tourist attractions. Take your cheap car hire in Paphos and get ready for a drive along the fishing villages of Lanarca and Limmasol. The Kolossi Castle outside of Lemesos is also a popular destination.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
