Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

The only minor issue has to do with the windshield of the car. What ever cleaning product that was used was vey greasy and difficult to see thru the steaks. First stop was the Store for some windex wipes. Everything else was perfect

Baltimore Airport is probably the busiest airport in the Baltimore-Washington area, serving more than 20 million passengers every year. The international commercial airport is located 16 km to the south of Baltimore city centre and is well connected to various points of the East Coast via light rail service. Options for car hire at the Baltimore Airport are through the car rental centre located at the airport's car park.

The airport is divided into five concourses although recently, concourse A and B have been merged through renovations and expansion projects. Domestic flights are served through concourses A through D while Concourse E (William Donald Schaefer International Terminal) is for international flights. The customer service centre is located in the middle of concourse B and C on the upper level of the terminal building. Passengers will also find a number of information points on key locations around the complex.

ATMs, postal services and currency exchange facilities can be found all over the terminal. Travelling families are welcome to the use of the airport's children's play area. Meeting spaces with wireless internet access are also provided. Dining options come in the form of a number of restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops and bars all over the terminal.

To get to the city centre, travellers usually arrange for car hire at the Baltimore Airport although to take advantage of discounts and special offers, booking reservations through the internet is highly recommended. They can also take the rail or bus to get to a number of points in the East Coast.

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).
