Easy website, easy phone contact when I had questions. Everything well-organized. Friendly staff. Have rented a car through this company several times and have always been very satisfied.

We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Chania International Airport (CHQ), also known as Souda AB, is the smaller of the two international airports on the Greek island of Crete. It is around six miles from Chania itself, and is close to Souda Bay. The local transport from the airport is not reliable, and the best way to get around is by using the cheap car hire at Chania International Airport (CHQ).

Chania International Airport (CHQ) has one terminal for all flights and passengers, with five gates. There are three Baggage claim carousels at Arrivals, so finding which one your bags are on is not a hassle, and car rental is available upon exit.

The airport is well equipped with facilities for its size, with a baby/parent room, disabled access, ATM and money exchange facilities, and a travel agent. There are also a few shops for any last minute purchases, or simply to browse while you wait, and of course, a duty-free shop. There is also a spot for refreshments.

There are four large car rental companies represented at the airport. These are EasyCar, Hertz, Sixt and Record Rent-a-Car. Cheap car hire at Chania International Airport (CHQ) is a fast, reliable way to get to your hotel as well as getting around Chania and its surrounding area.

Crete is an island, thus is surrounded by the ocean, making for a great destination for beach and sun lovers. Relax in the sun, join in a number of water sports available, or explore the stunning city of Chania, with its architecture much reflecting that of Venice. Car hire at Chania International Airport (CHQ) is ideal for getting around the town and island.
