The Thrifty address is incorrect

The Thrifty address is incorrect on 121carhire site. We had to track it down when we got to Campbelltown. Not near train station so with 2 large suitcases it was a pain... We managed to get a lift but please change it for the sake of others.

The Sydney Airport is a large and modern airport that serves more than 30 million passengers each year. It features a wide range of passenger facilities including car rental kiosks, ATMs and currency exchange desks and dining amenities. The airport is located 9 km to the south of Sidney and is linked to the city centre and the suburbs through the Airport Rail Link.

The airport is composed of four terminals. Terminal 1 serves international flights from a number of key destinations all over the world. Terminal 2 is for domestic flights coming from major Australian cities and Terminal 3 is the Express Terminal for Qantas. All terminals are linked by the underground Airport Rail service with trains coming into the stops every ten minutes during peak times.

Cheap car hire at the Sydney Airport can be arranged through the cheap car hire providers that have set up offices in the arrivals areas. Other facilities include ATMs, internet kiosks, postal offices, and currency exchange desks. Dining options are provided through nine restaurants and coffee shops all over the airport. These food outlets serve a variety of international and local cuisines. The Sydney Airport also houses more than 130 retail stores and service centres including beauty salons, produce shops, International and Australian clothing outlets and specialty stores.

Travellers are also provided with a number of transport options to get to the city centre. Aside from the Airport Rail Link, there are also bus networks that serve the airport and pass through the International Terminal's Arrivals hall. Cheap car hire at the Sydney Airport can also be arranged although it's highly recommended that tourists booked their reservations online before they are due to arrive for more convenience.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
